Flightpath to Levenside - 'Blue' |
For many years
Levenside Labradors was owned by my dear friend Eileen Denford in Great
Ayton, North Yorkshire. Eileen was an ex police inspector who would help
anyone and never had a bad word to say of people. In early January 2002,
Eileen was admitted to hospital where she was diagnosed with a secondary
brain tumour and even towards the end, when asked how she was would always
answer "Brilliant!". Eileen sadly died on 1 May 2002. It was Eileen's
wish that we should continue her affix in conjunction with our own. The
Kennel Club granted the transfer and it is an honour to continue Eileen's
Levenside kennel alongside our own. I miss her friendship terribly. Blue
(pictured) was Eileen's dog and she will be the one who will keep the Levenside
bloodlines going.
